Saving Spring Creek: Good Earth golf course nearly became RV campground
Course has captured golfers’ hearts for 31 years with 26,000 rounds played last year
It’s been two years since Kristina Coby started tackling tough questions about the fate of Spring Creek Golf Course.
Rumors swirled and there were no solid answers for the executive director of the South Dakota Parks and Wildlife Foundation as to what would happen to the golf course.
That answer finally came June 4 when SDPWF announced the sale of its golf course to Fore Score LLC, a local group of 20 investors led by Dann Grevlos, the managing partner. The price tag – $2.8 million.
