Sanford Health acquires another Black Hills clinic
Creekside Medical latest independent provider in western South Dakota to join Sioux Falls-based healthcare industry powerhouse
Sanford Health is deepening its footprint in western South Dakota with the acquisition of another independent medical provider in Rapid City.
The Sioux Falls-based healthcare system on Monday announced that Creekside Medical Clinic — a physician-owned, primary care practice that has served the Black Hills region for more than 25 years — will join its network this fall. The agreement is scheduled to close Sept. 1, with all physicians, advanced practice providers and staff expected to remain in place at the clinic on Jackson Boulevard in Rapid City.
