Members of the public can have their voices heard on the proposed merger of two judicial circuits in South Dakota.
The South Dakota Unified Judicial System (UJS) plans to hold a series of public forums on Wednesday, Aug. 26, on the proposed merger of the Fourth and Seventh judicial circuits in western South Dakota.
