The corporate office for Runnings is admitting in a court filing that one of its employees used a forklift to help a customer, and that an ambulance had to be called for that customer at its Brookings store.

But Running Supply Inc. is denying that neither it or its employee caused an accident that sent the customer to the hospital.

Runnings filed its response last week to a lawsuit brought by Robert and Marlys Bohn, who contend the store and its employee are responsible for life-altering injuries to Robert Bohn.
