Federal authorities say a 49-year-old Mexican national who has twice been deported from the United States is back in custody — this time accused of raping a teenage girl in Sioux Falls.

Victor Manuel Rodriguez Escobar was arrested Monday and charged with second-degree rape, false imprisonment and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, according to jail and court records.
