Ranchers wondering if record-breaking cattle prices in 2025 will be short-lived might see even better prices in 2027.

That was one takeaway from Matt Roberts, an independent agriculture economist with The Kernmantle Group. He was this year’s guest speaker at the Lamont Rhodes Lecture Series in the Kessler’s Champions Club at Northern State University’s Barnett Center on Tuesday, April 7.
