Rape suspect sued city after female forensic examiner conducted DNA test
A South Dakota inmate who sued Rapid City after a female forensic examiner handled his penis during an investigation has had his lawsuit tossed.
William Belt sued the city last year, alleging that Rapid City violated his constitutional rights against unreasonable searches. He also sued the forensic examiner in question, Michelle Paulson. His suit was filed in the Federal District Court for the District of South Dakota.
