NEW DELHI — South Dakota’s dairy revival could open the door to one of the world’s largest consumer markets.

That’s the hope a delegation with the South Dakota Trade Association has carried with it to the other side of the globe, where a series of meetings with Indian officials are aimed at laying the groundwork for future trade between the Mount Rushmore State and the eastern nation.
