Marilee (Huff) Kontz of Sioux Falls passed away Sept. 22, 2026. Marilee was born April 22, 1956, in Vallejo, California, to Joseph and Mary (Caruso) Huff. She graduated from O’Gorman High School in 1974.
Marilee is survived by her partner, Bruce Livesay, and her son, Nick Kontz. She is also survived by a sister, Vicki Hayes, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Jess; brother, Joe; sister, Michele; brother-in-law, Pat Hayes; and her parents.
A visitation will be held at 5 p.m. Monday, Sept. 28, 2026, with a memorial service to follow at 7 p.m. at Barnett-Lewis Funeral Home, 901 S. Minnesota Ave. in Sioux Falls. A complete obituary is available at barnett-lewis.com.
