The Link, Southeastern Behavioral Health, and LifeScape presented 2026 funding requests to the Lincoln County Commission Tuesday morning as demand for services outpaces local tax revenues.

The Link, a behavioral health triage and sobering center in Sioux Falls, requested $30,000 from Lincoln County for 2026.

Southeastern Behavioral Health, the region’s designated community mental health provider, requested $65,161 under South Dakota’s per capita funding statute and LifeScape requested $55,000 to support services for children and adults with developmental disabilities.
