Wisconsin woman says she was injured while visiting national monument in 2023
A company that manages facilities at the Mount Rushmore National Monument is denying liability for a wall that fell, striking a woman and injuring her.
Xanterra Travel Collections responded Monday to the complaint that Patricia Kurtz filed in November. Kurtz originally filed her lawsuit in state court, but Xanterra successfully removed the case to federal court in South Dakota.
