A Department of Health worker is accused of illegally issuing herself a medical marijuana card before her employment with the state of South Dakota was severed.

The South Dakota Attorney General’s Office announced Monday that Alexandra Feiner, 24, has been charged with one felony count of forgery, one felony count of offering a false or forged instrument for filing, registering or recording, one felony count of possession of a forged instrument and one misdemeanor count of falsification of public records by a public officer or employee.
