On Sept. 21, The Dakota Scout published a letter from Jerry Wilson (Vermillion resident) asking the question, “Why is Rounds proud to say he’s ‘Trump endorsed’?”
This is an easy question to answer! Wilson is apparently ignorant of the many accomplishments during the Trump 2.0 administration. That is unsurprising due to the legacy media’s anti-Trump biases.
This is not conjecture; it’s a simple fact that anyone can discover via a simple AI/web search. I did a simple request to identify the combined percentages of Trump/anti-Trump reporting by CNN, MSNOW, ABC, CBS, NBC and NPR since January 2025 and received the following response (with plenty of supporting detail): “Lumped estimate for the listed outlets: roughly 85–92% negative evaluative coverage and commentary on Trump and his administration since January 2025.”
