This week marks President Trump’s first 100 days in his second term. Benchmarking this milestone goes back to the days of FDR and his warp-speed action to raise the country out of the Great Depression. Trump’s team has moved equally fast, but they might call it “shock and awe” or “flooding the zone”. Depending on where you stand in America’s ever-widening political divide, Trump’s first 100 days are either a horror show or a necessary corrective, “morning in America” or “our worst nightmare”.
