Gov. Kristi Noem is on the hunt for a new staff member to deal with the press. And she’s hoping to find that person in the nation’s Capitol.
An email blast went out Tuesday to thousands of GOP staffers working in the U.S. House of Representatives seeking a candidate to fill a newly created press secretary position within the South Dakota Governor’s Office.
