Mayoral candidate David Zokaites barred from filing more suits against city, county

A federal judge admonished a Sioux Falls man running for mayor who sued the city on Friday seeking $22.2 million.

Judge Charles Kornmann called the lawsuit filed by David Zokaites “absolute nonsense” while dismissing the suit Monday.
