A federal judge has ordered a Huron-based health staffing company to discontinue using “PRN” in its name and marketing materials, ruling that its use is infringing on a trademark owned by a Wisconsin company.

“Defendant must immediately remove the name or mark ‘PRN’ from its marketing, selling, and provision of health care staffing services,” Judge Eric Schulte wrote. “This includes the immediate cessation of the use of the domain name http://www.prnprofessionals.net and any other domain name, social media profile, or web presence owned and/or controlled by Defendant that contains the mark ‘PRN.’”
