Former Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg is banned from running for or holding political office again in South Dakota.

But he’s not banned from raising and donating money to other political offices or candidates.

According to the Secretary of State’s campaign finance website, Ravnsborg recently formed a new state political action committee (PAC) he’s calling “$99 for Freedom.”
