A federal appeals court Monday vacated the prison sentence of an illegal immigrant who bilked a South Dakota tribe out of hundreds of thousands of dollars.

The three-judge panel on the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals ordered the district court in South Dakota to resentence Roberto Orellana.
