Habitat for Humanity broke ground on a second-of-its-kind project in the greater Sioux Falls region Tuesday.

Cliffview Heights will be an affordable twin home development at 3001 N. Van Eps Ave. off of Cliff Avenue. Infrastructure work will begin later this month for the eight homes, with construction starting in 2027.
