Gov. Rhoden chides city for exposing Prairie Thunder patrols planned in Brookings
'There was no intent here to let the cat out of the bag.' Mayor says rumors swirled before decision made to notify public of upcoming Highway Patrol saturation
Gov. Larry Rhoden admonished the city of Brookings Friday for giving the public a heads up that state troopers will flood the area next week as part of an anti-crime crackdown.
