Human Resources and Bureau of Administration to become one executive department

Gov. Kristi Noem will reduce the number of agencies in South Dakota’s executive branch by combining the Bureaus of Human Resources and Administration.

The governor’s office announced the move along with the retirement of Bureau of Administration Commission Scott Bollinger Wednesday afternoon.
