Those are just a few of the changes that could be coming to Sioux Falls’ namesake park as Mayor Paul TenHaken’s administration this week unveiled ambitions to remake Falls Park into a “signature park,” proposing a long-term master plan that would realign roadways, relocate parking lots and expand both the park’s footprint and its tourist draw over the coming decades.
