Before townhomes and homeowner associations became a part of the Sioux Falls housing landscape, a new concept for neighborhood living and development began to take root a half-century ago.

On July 16, The Bluffs Townhome Association celebrated 50 years since the development cropped up near 33rd Street and Kiwanis Avenue.
