The Dell Rapids Lions Club is stoked to have folks out for a good ol’ fashioned meat raffle. Never been to a meat raffle? It’s not like last call at a wedding reception, it’s much more sophisticated. Join the Dell Rapids Lions Club members as they sell 32 tickets each round. In the first nine rounds, tickets sell for $1 each. The winner gets their choice of meat packages. Tickets in the final round cost $5. The final winner gets the last package of meat and half of that pot ($80.)

“All rise” for Aaron Sorkin’s adaptation of Harper Lee’s Pulitzer Prize-winning masterwork, “To Kill A Mockingbird is billed “the most successful American play in Broadway history.” The Washington Pavilion’s production of an American classic is recommended for people ages 12 and up. 38th Annual South Dakota Corn Conference

The South Dakota Corn Growers Association is holding their 38th Annual South Dakota Corn Conference on January 20, 2024 at the Sioux Falls Convention Center. The event includes educational sessions led by nationally recognized agricultural experts in weather and market trends. All morning and afternoon sessions are free and include lunch.
