In a battle for the top spot in the Western Conference, the Stampede take on the Lincoln Stars for their annual Pink in the Rink game. The first 1,000 fans will receive a Stampede baseball hat, thanks to Sioux Falls Specialty Hospital. Not only will the ice be painted pink, but the Herd will honor those battling cancer and cancer survivors in a special Stomp Out Cancer pre-game ceremony. The Stampede will also wear special Pink in the Rink jerseys, which will be raffled off throughout the game. Proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society.
