City Hall has chosen its winners in a newly competitive nonprofit funding process — and warning signs are already flashing for those left behind.
Sioux Falls officials have chosen the first recipients of a Community Partners Program, announcing that 10 organizations have been selected for financial support in 2026 and 2027 as part of a newly established competitive award process adopted last year.
