Early voting starting unevenly across South Dakota
Some counties start absentee voting while others still waiting on ballots
Early voting has begun in some South Dakota counties, while others continue to wait for absentee ballots ahead of the June 2 election.
But auditors anticipate all 66 counties will have ballots by the end of the week.
