TV personality Mike Rowe helped South Dakota leaders on Friday announce the launch of a double-barreled tradesmen program aimed at bolstering housing and the workforce here.

And the Homebuilding Lab that’ll soon be underway at Southeast Technical College (STC) is being backed by a $2 million grant from Wells Fargo bank.
