Attorney General Marty Jackley is expected to announced Wednesday that additional charges have been filed against at least two more former Revenue Department employees in relation to an ongoing fraud investigation.

Grand Jury indictments were filed in Hughes County against Danielle Degenstein and Lynne Hunsley on Oct. 1. Arrest warrants were issued on Oct. 4, according to court records. The indictments remained sealed Tuesday.

Jackley has scheduled a press conference in Sioux Falls Wednesday morning to announce an update on that inquiry into the Department of Revenue.
