DELL RAPIDS — Voters in and around Dell Rapids will now be voting in separate places in an effort to reduce wait times and possible ballot issues.

Minnehaha County and the City of Dell Rapids have announced changes to voting precincts in an effort to separate city voters and rural voters.

Beginning with the 2026 primary election and municipal elections, those living inside Dell Rapids city limits will vote at The Riverside, in the lower level of the new City Hall. Rural residents living outside of town will continue to vote at the Lutheran Church of Dell Rapids.
