What started as an idea to hold a cooking competition for kids ended up becoming a collaborative effort between the Sioux Falls Career and Technical Education (CTE) Academy and CRAVE. Together, the two created the restaurant’s entry in Downtown Sioux Falls, Inc.’s annual Burger Battle – a juicy, 7-oz beef patty topped with creamy brie cheese, a decadent cherry merlot sauce and puff pastry lid.

General Manager Jeffry Umberger describes the creation as “a luxurious yet playful take on the classic cheeseburger.” CRAVE named its burger “The Unbrieable.”
