Sioux Falls City Hall is once again making a pitch for more indoor recreation.

Mayor Paul TenHaken’s administration this week rolled out a long-term parks master plan that envisions up to five new recreation centers being added to the city’s network of public facilities — part of City Hall’s push to match Sioux Falls’ rapid growth with new quality of life amenities.
