Cameraman for ‘Last Stop’ series sues creators over copyright claim
Sioux Falls man alleges his footage was used without permission
A Sioux Falls man who worked as a cameraman on a fictional film series set in Last Stop CD Shop is suing the creators of the film, alleging they used footage without his permission.
Cade Wallman argues in his complaint that he worked behind the camera in his free time on weekends and after work. He was approached by Zeke Richter in 2022 to work on the project that was being produced by Dominic Wieneke with Warwolf Productions, according to his complaint.
