A Brown County landowner was not found to be in civil contempt as requested by Summit Carbon Solutions.

Judge Richard Sommers said at the onset of the court hearing Wednesday, May 31 at the Brown County Courthouse, he was not going to rule that Jared Bossly violated a court order that allows the pipeline company to do survey work. But he also issued a warning, saying any landowners who do interfere with pipeline-related survey work will be held in contempt and sanctions will be imposed.
