The Sioux Falls City Council will maintain the status quo when it comes to which of its members work most closely with Mayor Christine Erickson’s new administration.
Not everyone on the eight-member governing body is enthusiastic about it, though.
After weeks of behind-the-scenes jockeying over who would serve as chair and vice chair for the next year, neither position changed hands after Tuesday night leadership votes at Carnegie Town Hall.
