Authorities ask public for help in locating South Dakota sex offender
Man convicted of sexual contact with a child has not registered since 2008
State and federal authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a registered sex offender whose whereabouts have been unknown for nearly 18 years.
South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley announced that investigators are searching for Benjermin Kelley, also known as Benjamin Kelley, 46, who has been out of compliance with South Dakota’s sex offender registration requirements since he last registered in 2008.
