Mayday Health alleges state is unlawfully censoring speech after a cease-and-desist order halted its gas station advertising campaign
A nonprofit behind an abortion access campaign in South Dakota has filed a lawsuit of its own against the Attorney General’s Office.
Mayday Health on Tuesday responded to legal threats it’s facing for a marketing blitz targeting pregnant South Dakotans with countersuit litigation, filing a complaint contending Attorney General Marty Jackley and the state of South Dakota are unlawfully attempting to censor speech by blocking the “reproductive health education” organization from advertising in South Dakota.
