A national abortion-access group advertising its services in South Dakota could be in violation of the state’s ban on chemically induced abortions.
The Attorney General’s Office has launched an investigation into Mayday Health, a national “reproductive health education” nonprofit that identifies pathways to obtain abortions, morning-after pills and hormone therapy medication, after the organization began promoting itself in South Dakota.
