The dominoes have begun to fall on one of the most dangerous city blocks in the state of South Dakota.
Sioux Falls city officials have lost their patience with the fighting, pimping, prostituting, assaults and even sometimes killings that have plagued the 600 block of west 11th Street — the Mercato Block — for decades.
And they’re coming for the alcohol.
