A division of the South Dakota Attorney General’s Office is benefiting from a windfall of recently announced settlements.

South Dakota will net $149,399 from a bankruptcy trustee of 23andMe, a genetic testing company, according to a July 14 news release from Attorney General Marty Jackley’s office.
