When famed South Dakota artist Terry Redlin retired from painting in 2007 following a dementia diagnosis, he had projects still in the pipeline. He wanted to continue his work, but health concerns derailed his plans.

Now, the Redlin Art Center in Watertown is featuring an exhibit into his unfinished work. The “Studio Collection” has works from the legendary artist’s beginning stages to those that are nearly complete, according to The Watertown Current.

The exhibit is being shown on the 10th anniversary of Redlin’s death. He died April 24, 2016, at the age of 78.
