LETTER: Pallet company's success means a more sustainable, environmentally-friendly Sioux Falls

As a proud resident of Sioux Falls, I am writing to urge the local authorities to grant Mueller Pallets, LLC, a conditional use permit for establishing a rubble site approximately a half mile west of the Sioux Falls Regional Landfill.
