That Section §30.03 of the Municipal Ordinances of Baltic, SD, be amended to read as follows:

On the second Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. the City Council shall meet at the City Hall or other designated place, to consider, take under advisement, and act upon such business as may come before it.
