Attorney who represents landowners against Summit Carbon Solutions rebuked by Iowa Supreme Court's review board for submitting unapproved testimony to utilities commissions
Brian Jorde is a respected man who advocates for his clients. Mistakes happen. I hope you don't live in a glass house Mr. Wolff. Your mistakes may become public spectacles when you least expect it.
For me, Brian Jorde is the only number 1 attorney for SD who won on the carbon debacle and the 4 states including Iowa are to this day almost 1 year later, yielding their citizen rights to big money. So yes, imagine that, Iowa trying any way it can to defeat the people. God Bless Brian Jorde. BTW, for anyone currently paying attention to liquid carbon transport. It appeared to me a few months or weeks ago that Nebraska was looking to allow transfer of Nat Gas pipelines into the liquid carbon proposal. They won't work well by design but by legal pathway to go in and rebuild in some manner they hope to achieve. Even if it is not to our scale of performance needs. Puddy, if you would have been in attendance with the carbon pipe groups you would have known I live in a glass house and God Bless you as well, we are not miles apart by any means. Now lets get the biz man elected; expect change and don't take our eyes off the game./
