Short version, If you have to call in off duty officers, put out fires, and retake the wing from the prisoners, then you have effectively lost control of that wing. They didn't lose the prison as a whole and they didn't let them get out, as far as I know, but they were definitely on the verge. Don't worry though, because we took their tablets away from them....
