Delegates can and should look at his wife's fairly abysmal voting record out in Pierre as well as how she and/or he oversaw GOP Party business either at the county level out west or as a leaderless-ship GOP officer under Weak Wiik and in also getting led around by the nose, so to speak, by the failed, under-qualified & cover-up quuen DHS staffer M. Sheeman. All-in-all, John's sitting idly by for so much of her discombobulated political messes would appear to be - to most delegates that know - disqualifying. And, to be sure, all of it is far too misguided & messy to either be overlooked by SD's former governor or to perhaps be sought to somehow be fixed now by New Hampshire's own Cory L.
They really should look to his lack of performance as SA in Lawrence County. Seldom did Fitzgerald work to protect citizens or bring reparations for damages done. Lies as to why this was happening were common. In 2022 he was set up to run against several great young attorneys including David Natvig whom he did not like was his story. But that is not the whole story. Fitzgerald turned 70 within about 3 years and did not gently step down as stated by the Scout but was timed out, leaving that pos ition open for appointment by our royalty. In the last 20 years, 5 justices on our highest court and most of the 44 circuit Judges have been appointed. God forbid we get and honest elected judicial officer of the court.
Fitzgerald will be an excellent AG with experience, integrity, constitutional knowledge and fortitude that South Dakotans can depend on and benefit from for 4 years and beyond. We needed a solid candidate who can hit the ground running seamlessly transitioning from great AG to great AG. Thank you John!

Back your experience, integrity, constitutional knowledge, and fortitude with some facts Rhonda. Give us a little history.
