A trucking company that operates in South Dakota and North Dakota has reached a deal with the federal government to settle litigation over accusations it discriminated against an employee with a disability.

Mail Hauler Trucking LLC this month agreed to a consent decree with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity that requires the company to adhere to a formidable amount of regulatory review from the EEOC. The company will be required to file regular reports with the EEOC for the period of the decree — three years.
