We invite you to enjoy the 35th Annual Black Hills Powwow at The Monument. The theme for many years has been "Come Dance With Us." We want everyone to feel welcome and enjoy the beauty of Great Plains Indigenous song and dance. Tickets can be purchased for individual days, or a three-day weekend pass is available. Reserved parking is also available for each day.

SDRA Rodeo Finals

State Fairgrounds, Huron

Join us for three days of rodeo action and a daily trade show. The event will feature barrel and roping jackpots, a celebration for SDRA Honorees, and a Red, White & Blue Performance, along with a church service on Sunday morning. 2024 Bazaar

Hope Lutheran Church will host its annual bazaar, which includes the sale of lefse, pies, baked goods, crafts, books, and puzzles. Lunch will be served until 1 p.m., and everyone is welcome to come and enjoy the festivities.

NAWIC Block Kids Competition

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Sioux Falls

The National Association of Women in Construction invites kids K-5 to attend this free event. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged to ensure a spot. Registration starts at 9 a.m., and build time begins promptly at 10 a.m. Kids can build anything construction-related, and judging will occur during the build. Winners per grade will be awarded, with an overall winner receiving $100.

Halloween at Lake Lorraine

Honor Flight Fundraiser

These arrangements are long-lasting and require very little care, often lasting two or more months, with many people reporting they have lasted up to a year. To keep the succulents hydrated, mist them every other week with water.
