Driver's license examiner facing 85 sex crime charges accused of victimizing 50
Authorities say former state employee solicited rape after obtaining drivers' records, photographs
More than 50 people were victimized by a former driver’s license examiner accused of using driver’s license photographs and personal information to engage in a litany of sex crimes.
That’s according to the South Dakota attorney general’s office, which on Thursday announced that the continued investigation into a six-year employee of the Department of Public Safety arrested last fall on charges of solicitation of second-degree rape, 10 counts of possession of child pornography, and two counts of unlawful use of a computer system has resulted in dozens of new felony charges for the Aberdeen man.
